Our kitchen team creates seasonal and creative flavours every day from early to late. In the morning, a wonderful breakfast with regional products from local farmers awaits you. Whether it's healthy muesli, herb cheese or fresh croissants. In the evening, the kitchen creates daily changing 6-course menus.
Our kitchen skilfully combines traditional and genuine Austrian dishes with contemporary and constantly reinterpreted delicacies. For all dishes, we pay attention to quality and the use of regional products from farmers we know personally. Almost everything we serve is certified organic. The kitchen team is young and creative. We attach great importance to fresh and local products, to creative and traditional cooking. ‘Regional Aufgetischt’ - we were honoured by the Federal Minister for our active partnership between guest and farmer!
We inspire with insider tips from the Austrian wine scene - top wines from the best winegrowers in Austria!
We also serve fruit brandies and schnapps from the Tyrolean distillery Aggstein as well as selected national and international schnapps.
That's why we are also part of the KochART association, a reliable guide that guarantees culinary enjoyment and down-to-earth quality.
We pay attention to the quality of all our dishes. Almost everything we serve is certified organic. Seasonal and regional products from farmers we know personally sometimes deviate from this, but we always ensure that they meet the quality standards we have set ourselves.
Not only the origin of the ingredients, but also the careful handling of the food is of the utmost importance.
The focus is always on the flavour of the original product, which is why we deliberately keep our dishes simple. On the plate, our dishes impress with their sophistication and finely seasoned harmony.
We work with fresh herbs from our herb garden, bake our own cakes and pies and mainly use products from the region.
We source our meat exclusively from local butchers of outstanding quality, as well as game from the Kitzbühel Alps.
